Descent into "The Maelstrom" watch for the copper clouds and the funneling water. A nod to Edger Allen Poe and one of his lessor known short stories he wrote in 1841. Created by two separate cloud pours. The painting took on a life of its own as the two halves grew and shifted into what you see now.
